Pricing your domestic driveway cleaning job or the cleaning of your commercial car park can only be done on a site survey. Each cleaning Job is different according to the type of surface and how much dirt/moss/black spot/Lichen has accumulated on the surface.

We will come to your premises to give you a no obligation quote to do your driveway or car park cleaning across Staffordshire and Cheshire. Minimum charge on any job £150. we clean exterior surfaces walla nd render cleaning.

Guiding Prices from £3.50 to £6 per square metre for floor level surfaces dependant on base material and condition. For all other pricing we cannot give a guide so for roofs and gutters and other domestic cleaning please contact us for more information. All Commercial jobs will be treated with bespoke service dependant on the application.

Driveway cleaning or Patio cleaning of Block Paving will often require a 6 stage process including a coating of Sodium Hypochlorite and Lauryl Dimethylamine Oxide.
Dependent on the severity of grime we may need to use our powerful hot water system to lift the dirt.
Again dependent on how the block has been treated in the past Kiln died sand or even a 3mm pea gravel may need to be brushed in to finish the work.
Driveway cleaning or Patio cleaning of Indian Stone will often require a 5 stage pressure jet washing process icluding a coating of Sodium Hypochrloite and Lauryl Dimethylamine Oxide.
Dependent on the severity of grime we may need to use our hot water system to lift the dirt. Indian Stone presents different challenges than concrete based products, it is much softer, we have to be more delicate with this.
We do what is required to get the stone looking as new. Some stone does contain Fossil markations which are part of the stone and will never clean out.

Wood decking we will only undertake after carefull inspection. If the decking is old or rotten we may decline to clean or if we do it is at the clients own responsibility. Our cleaning tools really have to be controlled to a soft cleaning level to get clean wooden decking.
We use diluted sodium hypochloridte and/or biodegradable biocide.
Biodegradable” refers to the ability of things to get disintegrated (decomposed) by the action of micro-organisms such as bacteria or fungi biological (with or without oxygen) while getting assimilated into the natural environment. There's no ecological harm during the process.
